I’m Kristen Clark, the founder of InkEstate.
I have a master’s degree in education, more than 15 years of experience in education, and a background as a REALTOR®. For years, I’ve helped real estate agents market themselves, create consistent materials, and begin and grow their geographic farms.
Through that work, I’ve seen how much goes into getting started. Choosing a neighborhood is only one piece. You also need to know what you can afford, what to say, what to send, and how to keep going when business gets busy.
I created InkEstate’s Farming Framework to bring my experience and process to more agents, especially those starting out and those who want thorough, step-by-step guidance.
My background in education shapes how I teach. I break the process into manageable steps, explain why each decision matters, and give you examples before asking you to apply it to your own business. The course and workbook are designed to help you build your plan as you learn.
My goal is to help you move forward with a clear direction, practical tools, and a neighborhood marketing plan you understand and can put into action.
I hope this course leaves you feeling encouraged, capable, and excited to build your farm. I’ve put a lot of care into creating it, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m cheering you on!
